Writing from the article"Why Do Japanese People Live So Long?"
I found a little differences from the information of the textbook and the article.
In the book, it is mainly said that to live longer depends on our points of view. Taking pleasure is the most important to be healthy, and it relates to our mind. Being optimist brings about happiness, learning new things and coping with change are informative for us, and so on.
But in the other side, the article, it gives some concrete examples of living longer by basing on lifestyle. I felt Japanese culture led to live so long as reading the article. Eating more fish than meat, drinking tea, walking and taking the train, taking care of older, and so on are tradition of Japanese.
In conclusion, though viewpoints of both the textbok and the article are different, both are important to be healty.
